Paradox Interactive announced via press release yesterday that its new multiplayer only third-person shooter would release for the PC on April 8th via Steam. Set in the Old West , Lead and Gold: Gangs of the Wild West focuses heavily on team based gameplay. The game, which was created by Swedish developer Fatshark, features four unique player classes that can earn rewards by working together.
Along with the announcement of the release of the game on PC, Paradox also announced that if you pre-order the game through Steam now, you not only get a 10% discount (making the game $13.49) but you can also begin playing the beta immediately and continue playing until the game releases! Lead and Gold is also slated to be released as an Xbox Live Arcade and PSN title in the future. However, currently there is no information as to when that might be.
